Abstract: This presentation will be about Independent Component Analysis (ICA), and subject based group ICA. The talk will include: basic ICA method to achieve signal separation, the problem of multi-subject and data input, subject-based multi-level model assumptions and formulation, construction of optimization problem, iterative algorithm for optimization. Some coding results and examples will also be shown.
