Analysis Seminar: Mandelbrot Cascade on a planar curve

Abstract: Mandelbrot cascades have been widely studied as models for multifractal sets. In this talk, we consider Mandelbrot cascades supported on planar curves with nonvanishing curvature and show that the Fourier dimension of each cascade equals the minimum of the local dimensions.
