Analysis Seminar: "Weighted weak-type estimates for the Bergman and Szego Projections"

Speaker: Nathan Wagner, Washington University in Saint Louis

Abstract: The Bergman and Szego projections are two operators of fundamental importance in complex analysis. Consequently, their mapping properties on various function spaces, including Lebesgue spaces, have been extensively studied. It is well-known that, in general, these operators are not bounded on L^1, but in certain situations they do satisfy a replacement weak-type (1,1) property. We report on some recent work establishing the weak-type (1,1) property in a weighted setting for strongly pseudoconvex domains with near minimal smoothness. This talk is based on joint work with Cody Stockdale.
