Analysis Seminar: "Sobolev Regularity of the Truncated Beurling Transform"

Abstract: I will introduce the Lebesgue and Sobolev Theory of quasiconformal and quasiregular maps in the complex plane. An analogous theory for subdomains motivates our investigation of Sobolev boundedness of truncated Calderon-Zygmund operators. We will introduce certain Carleson measures and give a complete weighted Sobolev theory in some special situations.
