Analysis Seminar: On differentiation of integrals by bases of convex sets

Abstract: I will review some recent results in the theory of differentiation of integrals. I will prove that for a given homothety invariant density differentiation basis of convex sets, there exists q>1, such that the corresponding maximal operator is bounded in L^p, for all p>q. The talk will be accessible to non-experts on the subject.
