Analysis Seminar: "Boundedness and compactness for the operators on the Bergman space of the Thullen domain"

Abstract: In a variety of classical function spaces, various properties of a given operator can be analyzed by examining only its behavior on the normalized reproducing kernel. In this talk, we consider conditions for the boundedness and compactness of operators on the Bergman space of the Thullen domain. 

We give a sufficient condition for the boundedness. We show that under this sufficient condition,  the compactness of an operator can be determined by examining only its behavior on the normalized Bergman kernels. We will discuss several results about Toeplitz operators and Hankel operators. This work is joint with Brett Wick.
